Keeping customer data safe and secure is the number one priority at Yeller. We work hard to protect our customers from the latest threats. Your input and feedback on our security is always appreciated.

Reporting Security Problems

Please send urgent or sensitive reports to security@yellerapp.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, typically within 24 hours. Please follow up with us on the same email address if you don’t hear back.

Tracking and Disclosing Security Issues

We gladly work with security researchers to keep up with web security. Have you discovered a web security flaw that might impact Yeller? Please let us know. If you submit a report, here is what will happen:

  • We’ll acknowledge your report and start investigating the issue.
  • We’ll investigate how the issue impacts Yeller. We won’t disclose any issues until we’ve finished, and we’ll work with you to understand the full impact.
  • Once the issue is resolved, we’ll post a security update, along with thanks and credit for the discovery (if you so want public credit for it).
